Sammy Zirilli brings a strong blend of modern legal knowledge, strategic thinking and genuine client care to the Company. Since graduating with a Bachelor of Laws from Victoria University and being admitted to the Supreme Court of NSW, Sammy has quickly established himself as a trusted and highly capable practitioner.
Now a Partner at Mackenzie & Vardanega, he works closely with Mr Vardanega across a wide range of legal services, including property and commercial law, leases, mortgages, estate planning and probate.

Her experience spans both conveyancing and estate planning, with a strong focus on probate and estate administration. Known for her reliability, compassion and meticulous attention to detail, Theresa provides clients with guidance they can trust during some of life’s most important moments.
Antonia Calabria

Antonia joined Mackenzie & Vardanega in 2015 as a receptionist and has grown with the firm into a trusted and capable Legal Clerk. She has developed strong practical legal knowledge and a clear understanding of client needs. Antonia specialises in Wills, Powers of Attorney and Appointments of Enduring Guardian, guiding clients through important planning decisions with care, clarity and attention to detail. Known for her friendly, slightly quirky and approachable manner, she puts clients at ease while ensuring matters are handled efficiently and accurately.

Bruna Dal Broi

Since joining Mackenzie & Vardanega in 2015, Bruna has become a valued and trusted member of our conveyancing team. Often the friendly voice Real Estate Agents and Clients first speak with, Bruna plays a key role in gathering the information needed to progress your property sale or purchase.
Her work includes preparing the draft Contract of Sale and collating all required statutory and supporting documentation before the matter is handed to our Solicitors or Licensed Conveyancer. Known for her efficiency, warmth and attention to detail, Bruna helps ensure every conveyancing matter begins on the right foot.
Patricia Del Guzzo

Beginning her career at Mackenzie & Vardanega in 2020 as a receptionist, Patricia quickly became known for her friendly manner and commitment to exceptional client service. Over time, she expanded her skills and legal knowledge, progressing into her current role as a Legal Clerk.
Patricia now works closely with Solicitor Sammy Zirilli, providing valuable support across a range of matters. With her client-focused approach, reliability and growing legal expertise, Patricia plays an important role in ensuring clients receive efficient, attentive and professional assistance.
